Deliveries
Homeowners should coordinate the delivery of large items with the Front Desk/Management Office. Deliveries of large items, such as furniture or appliances, must be brought in through the garage entrance to the building during the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Delivery companies/personnel should first check in with the Security station in the lobby in order to gain entrance to the building. Any exception to the delivery policy must be authorized by the General Manager, or his designee, in advance of the delivery date/time.
UPS, Federal Express, or deliveries of flowers, food and similar items may be received at the lobby Security Station. Security will contact the homeowner or authorized renter using the information provided on the item being received (name, unit number, phone number). Depending on the size of the delivered item, you can tell Security that you are expecting a package or delivery and they will try to arrange delivery of the package to your unit. If the Security Station/Front Desk personnel are busy, the delivery would be delayed until someone can arrange to get the package to your unit.
No food/flowers/gift delivery by a vendor is permitted beyond the lobby Security station, e,g, Pizza Hut, Domino's etc.
Why can't the delivery person to bring my items to my unit?
It's a security issue for the other residents of the building. Your delivery person would have to sign in, get a visitor pass and then you would need to ensure that person goes back down to the lobby and exits the building. Most food/flower delivery people don't want to go through this process either.
